Billing Policy
When a customer logs in to our website and selects the products he or she wants to buy, then he or she will make online payments against that order. After confirmation, our software will create an invoice that will display product details (product code, product name, MRP, MFD date, Exp date, batch, shipping charge, tax and tracking ID). Which will be available in the customer login portal as well. Once an invoice is generated, the product will be shipped according to the below shipping policy
What are the shipping charges
• All individual Representative order above Rs.2500/- Free Delivery.
• All individual Representative order below Rs.2500/ will be charged Rs 60(All India)
Note: Courier charges are inclusive of taxes and not refundable
What will be the delivery timeline:
We try to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition. This will takes 5-7 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the products within India, Delivery may delay due to certain restrictions imposed by government or any other authority acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government.
If in case the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time due to unforeseen circumstances, the Representative / Preferred customer will be notified regarding the same. If the representative still wishes to continue with delivery, the same shall be delivered accordingly. If the representative wishes to cancel the said order, refunds shall be initiated as per the Product Refund Policy.
The representative 's are advised that, if the packaging is tampered or damaged at the time of accepting delivery of the goods, they should refuse to take delivery of the package and immediately inform the Call center XXXXXXXXXX or write an e mail smgroupin4@gmail.com mentioning the order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is sent to the concerned representative as soon as possible.
Any complaint related to your order should be registered with us within 24 hours postdelivery, No complaint will be entertained post that.
